Ingredients

材料A :浸泡3小时

Ingredients A : soaked for 3 hours

材料C :(切丁)

    Directions

    Step 1

    倒半杯水入材料C拌匀,然后用3汤匙油炒至熟透,取出备用。Mix ingredients C with half cup water, stir fry with 3 tbsp oil uitil cooked, leave aside.

    Step 2

    将米沥干,倒入蒸锅内,洒入材料B盖着蒸至冒出大烟(重复蒸至熟透)。Drain rice and put into steamer, sprinkle with ingredients B and steam until strong steam appear. (Repeat until rice cooked)

    Step 3

    将饭分成3份包入咖喱鸡料,压入杯内,扣出即可食用。Divide rice into 3 portions and wrap in curry chicken, press into cup, remove and serve.
